Remove the "Alright Sparky" step during installation

Description

Stopping the installation process to indicate that the settings are correct is needless – if the settings are correct, the installation should simply proceed.

I agree. I also think other nonsense could be removed. Like "Howdy".

Please don't misunderstand the intention of this petition. This is NOT to remove the text, it is to remove that ENTIRE STEP.

I fear it will be a long time coming until we get 50 votes on this. Too bad... I've PoC'd this while I'm working on install code and it's a great addition (er, subtraction.)

I think this qualifies, and it's a clear improvement with (as far as I know) no backwards compatibility implications.

It's also already implemented at https://github.com/ClassicPress/ClassicPress/pull/265, so even better.

Sweet! The reworked install process is super quick, so this screen would have just been a speed bump.
